Hello Families,
Over the next two weeks we will be talking about all of the diverse cultures of our world. We will discuss languages, celebrations, and food. At the end of our unit on Friday, June 12th between the hours of 12pm-1pm we would like to invite families in to share about their own cultures. We will be celebrating on that day with a multicultural lunch. Families who join us are invited to bring a special dish that is unique to their culture. Please write in your child's communication book to let us know you are coming and what dish you will be bringing. Please remember not to make/bring anything containing nuts or eggs.
Books and artifacts from your culture are also most welcome. Please feel free to send them in throughout those two weeks.
