This week we have been looking at different ways to represent numbers and made a poster with different ideas we had, such as using words, numerals, our fingers, a number line, a 10's frame, groups of objects etc. We challenged the students to find representations of each number in the classroom and take a picture using the iPad.
Take a look at all the different number 1's we saw in our class.
Ask your child if they found any of the items in the pictures!

Brendan said he couldn't find page 1 in the book. It started with the number 3. So we counted backwards and added the numbers to show page 1 and page 2.
