Our Nature Walk and Natural Number Line

Today we went on a nature walk in our school yard! We each got a special container to use to collect things that we thought were interesting.  We could only collect items that had already fallen on the ground.  We talked about respecting nature and not pulling or destroying the plants and trees.
Take a look at what we discovered!

The students that wanted to help were using the names of the numbers to select which one they would create! We practiced these numbers in French too.
